I had a session with Jayde expressing a lot of issues I was currently experiencing in my life at the time. Jayde walked me through many steps that help alleviate the stress I was experience at the time. The breathing exercises helped me maintain a level head during the meeting, the note writing and self expression afterwards helped me a lot in my day to day life.
